Large and nice apartment with lovely terrace and pool

Fantastic nice and cozy apartment of 72 sqm. with 2 spacious bedrooms, full kitchen, large, lovely east facing terrace with mountain view. The apartment is totally renovated July/August 2022. The apartment is part of the private and quiet Demelza Beach complex with a full 3 swimming pools, children's pool and a small restaurant. Nearby within walking distance are 3 beaches, Playa del Cura, Tauro and Amadores, Tauro Golf Course, as well as a center with a large supermarket and several good restaurants and bars.

Amazing villa with private garden, heated pool and separate hot tub set in the idyllic Tauro Valley. The spacious villa is beside the 1st fairway of Anfi Tauro golf course. It is ideal for families looking to get away and relax. We can provide high chair and cot. The garden is totally private with nobody overlooking so you can sunbathe in private but there is also plenty of shade in the terrace. We have 2 BBq's, one gas and one charcoal. WiFi and IPTV with all sports and movie channels.
